PRIVATE RESIDENCE, NY – Studio Castellano

This 2,000 square foot apartment is located in a historical building on the Lower East Side neighborhood of New York City.  Brandon was commissioned to redesign the entire apartment.  Highlights of the design included a large built in book case with hidden drop down movie screen.  A new master bedroom was designed with eastern inspired sliding glass doors, closed to create privacy and when opened allowed the apartment to feel much larger.  The kitchen was completely redesigned with custom finishes and made to fit around the client's large existing stove and cooktop.
